Free Shipping
Medichest is pleased to offer free standard shipping on qualified orders. The qualifications are easy, and most orders are eligible.
The qualifications (or, what's included):

Product total of $69 or more

Package weight of less than 10lbs, and without special handling.

Shipped to a street address within the contiguous U.S.

You select the Free Shipping option at checkout.

Qualified orders meet each of these requirements.
The exclusions: (or, what's not included):

Orders with product values of less than $69.

Orders that weigh more than 10lbs, or include oversize or special handling items. (These items are clearly marked on their respective product pages.)

Shipments to International destinations; government addresses including APO, FPO, AA and AE locations; Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories; and P.O. boxes.

Business to Business and bulk orders.

You select a shipping method other than the Free Shipping option at checkout.

Cancelling items and/or combining
orders may affect the order's eligibility for free shipping. If you request
changes that affect the eligibility of your order(s), regular shipping charges
will apply. If the total weight of your order exceeds the 10 Lb maximum, we will
add the published shipping/delivery charges that pertain to your Zip code at the
time of order processing without prior notification. Your Sales Receipt will
indicate the adjusted or added shipping/delivery fees.
You will not be charged shipping
for backordered items that are part of a free shipping order. However, adding
additional products to a backorder, or cancelling the backordered item(s) may
effect the original order's eligibility, and thus result in application of
standard shipping fees.
Free shipping orders may require
3-7 additional business days for delivery as compared to average published times
in transit for your destination. All other published shipping policies apply to
free standard shipping. As with regular shipping,
undeliverable and/or refused packages pay full shipping charges and any
associated surcharges.
Free shipping cannot be combined
with some offers, applied to previous orders, or exchanged or redeemed for cash
or credit. Free shipping includes standard ground shipping only. Free shipping
may be completed by UPS, the USPS or other carriers with which we contract.
Published Returns policy and procedures are not affected by free shipping. Orders returned to us that qualified for Free Shipping will be subject to the normal outbound shipping fees charged to any order that did not qualify for free Shipping if the Return is made by the Customer due to reasons that do not include an error on the part of Medichest.
