redeemable only for merchandise at Medichest.com and may not be redeemed for
cash, credit or additional gift cards.
•If the Card or Electronic E-Card or Email representing the
Card is lost, stolen, destroyed, altered, or used without your permission, it
and any value remaining on it will not be replaced.
•Gift cards purchased online at Medichest are redeemable
for product orders placed at Medichest.com.
•Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash or credit, and may
be excluded from use during certain events.
•Medichest reserves the right to prohibit gift card
redemption during certain periods and special events. Gift cards may not be
valid for certain orders and promotions.
•Gift Cards are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
