For relief of occasional constipation. Konsyl-D is a psyllium fiber product with a difference. The 'D' means that Dextrose has been added as a flavor and mix enhancer. You can still mix Konsyl-D with a wide variety of juices. The dextrose just gives it a more pleasant taste and smoother texture. 3.4 grams of psyllium per teaspoon dose. Dextrose sweetener added for flavor enhancer.
