Product Description
Maginex DS® is specifically formulated to provide optimal levels of magnesium while minimizing side effects such as diarrhea and cramping, which have been associated with other magnesium formulations. Each Maginex DS packet contains 122 mg (10mEq) of elemental magnesium from 1230 mg of magnesium-L-aspartate hydrochloride, an advanced magnesium supplement formulation. It is a pleasant tasting lemon flavored powder concentrate that is mixed in juice or water. To obtain the Recommended Daily Allowance of magnesium, the usual adult dosage is 1 Maginex DS packet up to 3 times daily, or as directed by a health professional.
