We want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your Medichest shopping experience, so we will happily offer a full refund for most products when returned in their original, unopened and unused condition within 30 days of the order date.
Returns are processed and credits issued within 30 days of receipt. Credit will be issued for the full price paid for the item (less applicable discounts) to the credit card used for the order or to your Medichest account. Shipping costs cannot be refunded; credits for orders that qualified for free shipping will be reduced by the applicable outbound shipping fees unless the return is due to an error made by Medichest. A confirmation email will be sent to the address associated with the order once credit has been issued.
We recommend that returns be carefully packaged and shipped with tracking and delivery confirmation. We cannot issue credit for undelivered or damaged items, nor can we track your return package or file claims with the shipper on your behalf.
We cannot offer refunds for items returned after 30 days or in damaged condition, for items that are non-returnable (see below for details) or for refused packages.
Please note that a restocking fee of 10-15% plus associated shipping costs will apply for packages returned by the shipper due to either multiple delivery attempts or an invalid shipping address.
Because U.S. law prohibits the re-importation of many health-related products, we cannot accept returns of any international orders. For more information about international orders, please click here.
How to return an item
Completing your return to Medichest is a quick and easy process:
- Sign into your Medichest account.
- From your order history, select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return, then click "View details".
- On the order details screen, select the item(s) you wish to return and indicate the reason for the return.
- Print your packing slip and be sure to include it inside the package with your item(s).
- Carefully package the item(s) you wish to return in their original, unopened and unused condition. Please be sure to include the packing slip inside the package and to clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- You can print a pre-paid UPS ground shipping label directly from the return screen, then simply call 1-800-PICK-UPS to arrange a pick-up or drop off your package at your nearest UPS Store location. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- If you wish to use another shipping method, please make sure to include tracking and delivery confirmation. We cannot issue credit for undelivered or damaged items. Send your return to:

If you do not already have a Medichest account, you will need to sign up for an account, making sure to use the same email address that you entered when you placed your order. Any active orders associated with that email address will be automatically imported into your order history. You can then complete your return following the same steps outlined above.
For your safety, we cannot accept returns of certain health, medical, personal care and grocery products, including:
- Sexual wellness and sensuality items
- Certain home health equipment
- Sterile medical and surgical items
- Medical nutrition
- Seasonal items
- Fragrances and indicated cosmetics
- Food, candy and gum
Non-returnable items are indicated as such on their product pages, so you'll always know in advance of placing your order.
If your order includes these types of items, please check to make sure they arrived in good working order. If there is a manufacturer defect, we will credit or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of the order date. Items returned without original packaging or after 30 days will not be refunded.
